CIO Changes – November 2, 2009 – December 11, 2009

· United Rentals appointed Filippo Passerini, President of Procter & Gamble’s Global Business Services and CIO, to the

company’s board.

· Mario Leone was named Senior Vice President and CIO of Ingram Micro

· Leon Schumacher succeeded Jim Barrington as Corporate CIO of Novartis.

· Eric Rosenberg joined Silver Lake Partners as CIO.

· Morteza Mahjour was promoted to CIO at RBC, responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of the Technology and Operations organization

· OneBeacon announced that Gary Plotkin has joined as CIO reporting directly to the President and CEO.

· Peter Britton joined Fidelity’s Personal and Workplace Investing business as Senior Vice President, Architecture and Strategy.

· Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco announced that Ned Moran has been appointed CIO.

· Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta announced the appointment of Robert Bennett as Senior Vice President and CIO.

· John Heveran, previously Senior Vice President of IT at Level (3) Communications, was appointed CIO of their Agency Market division.

· US Airways named Brad Jensen Senior Vice President and CIO. Jensen was previously Senior Vice President, Air Services at Sabre Holdings.

· RadioShack announced the addition of Sharon Stufflebeme to their leadership team as CIO reporting to Chairman and CEO Julian Day.

· Joyce Vonada was named Senior Vice President, IT Business Solutions at Lowe’s.

· Hilton Hotels announced that Robert Webb has assumed the position of CIO. Webb joined Hilton from Equifax, where he also served as CIO.

· Denise Clark was named Senior Vice President and CIO of Hasbro. She previously served as CTO at Mattel.

· Dean Foods announced that Barbara Carlini has been appointed CIO reporting to Greg McKelvey, Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer.

· Stuart McGuigan was appointed CIO for CVS Caremark. Most recently, he served as CIO of Liberty Mutual.

· AutoNation promoted Mayra Regalado to CIO after spending two years as Senior Director, IT

· Unisys announced that Suresh Mathews has joined the company as CIO. Before joining Unisys, Mathews served as CIO at Interstate Brands.

· Kathleen Fitzpatrick was appointed CIO of Russell Reynolds Associates.

· KPMG announced that Richard Anderson was appointed CIO. Anderson succeeds Rowan Snyder, who is retiring.

· Convergys appointed Michael Bathon VP of IT Solution Management. Bathon was previously VP. App Dev and Production Support at Sprint Nextel.

· Global Hyatt: Mike Blake is the new CIO.

· Prologis: Neville Teagarden has left the CIO post. His replacement is Tom Sheraden.

· GES Exposition Services: Sy Esfahani has left the CIO post. Ed Scott is Interim CIO.

· Gentiva: Paul Stein has replaced Brian Jones as CIO.

· Hot Topic: Phil Kenny has replaced Tom Beauchamp as CIO.

· Irwin Financial is now First Financial Bank. Leon Ravenna is the new CIO.

· IHS Inc: The CIO post is currently vacant. H. John Oechsle recently left the position.
